Don’t mind the carpet I know it looks gross to me in this picture as well. I don’t have a dinning room table so a lot of the time I take it back to when I was little and eat sitting on the floor.
Any who, I wanted to replicate the delicious dinner I had at my friends house for my birthday. She made me pot roast, mash potatoes and bacon wrapped asparagus. The part of the meal I love the best besides the pot roast was the bacon wrapped asparagus. I could of ate more but I was being food conscious and not trying to be greedy.
The Chicken in this picture is the same chicken recipe that I made for the Chicken spicy green beans and fried polenta recipe.
